Herbal teas can be made from drying various herbs, spices, flowers, fruits, seeds, roots, or leaves of other plants.

Traditional teas have been shown to have health benefits because they contain various polyphenols (which are compounds from plants that have antioxidant properties). 🤓

☕ Black, Pu' Erh, and Herbal Teas
• Boil Water: Use fully boiled water (around 200–212°F).
• Steep for 3–5 minutes (or what is recommended on the package)
🍃 Green, Oolong, and White Teas
• Steam Water: Heat water to 160–180°F (just before boiling).
• Steep for 2–3 minutes for a delicate, smooth taste.
Tip: Use fresh, filtered water for the best brew!
